Harrison Rail Trails and the Harrison County West Virginia Historical Society are hosting a special Halloween event on Friday, October 21 at the Harrison North Rail Trail. Wear your favorite costume to Spooky Tales on the Rail Trail and enjoy the free walking tours complete with creepy local stories.

The walking tours begin at 6:00 pm and at 8:00 pm at the North View trailhead, located on North 25th Street in Clarksburg. The walk is approximately ¼ mile and it ends at the shelter, where participants can enjoy cider, Halloween treats, and more spooky stories. Half of the trail is paved, while half of it is gravel. It is recommended that walkers wear comfortable shoes. This is a family-friendly, rain or shine event.
