The West Virginia Black Bears will be hosting their annual holiday party on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016. The party will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Monongalia County Ballpark. The event is both free and open to the public, but guests are encouraged to bring a toy to donate to the Toys for Tots program. The holiday party will be the site for the official unveiling of the organizations new alternative logo, which will take place at 6:30pm.

There will be entertainment for young Black Bears fans including cookie decorating for those ages 2-10 and a candy cane hunt around the stadium for those ages 5-13. Santa Claus will also be coming to town for free pictures with children. Children and adults are welcome to enjoy free hot chocolate and partake in an ugly sweater competition. Season tickets will also be on sale to guests, which make the perfect holiday gift for your favorite baseball fan. You can also visit the team store during the event to receive discounts up to 75% off on all your favorite Black Bears gear, apparel, and accessories. Don’t miss out on this fun and festive holiday party and your chance to be the first to see the brand new Black Bear’s logo!
