CHARLESTON, W.Va. (July 21, 2015) – In accordance with presidential proclamation, Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin today ordered all U.S. and State flags on all state-owned facilities be lowered immediately until sunset on Saturday, July 25, 2015, in honor of the victims of the Chattanooga shooting.

“The tragedy that took place in Tennessee has resulted in heavy hearts across our entire country,” Gov. Tomblin said. “Today, we join all Americans as we mourn the loss of these servicemen and honor their bravery and sacrifice. We extend our heartfelt prayers to their families, friends and fellow comrades during this difficult time.”
